I was pre approved for a loan, the bank paid for the appraisal, and it came back better than we expected. I haven’t heard from the morgtage company in a month, I got a denial letter from the bank on monday, and the realtor is asking me for answers.
Any ideas?

try Acoustic Home Loans. they’re specialized in sub-prime loans.

You really can’t you would have to establish good credit first.
