The easiest card I know of if your credit is in between would be any of the student credit cards. those are great cards. please check out my web site and search for the card that fits you best http://www.realcreditoffers.com/?cont=10...
The easiest to get is a secured credit card. Talk to your bank and put money down for it. Say $500. Then you have a $500 credit and you will be building it. Note that secured cards are almost always guaranteed since the credit limit is what you have secured it with. There are some who ask for money like annual fees for that. Avoid those. Usually banks and credit unions are more than willing to give you a secure credit card.
the easiest is to get a credit card made for people with “poor credit”
a few examples of such cards….
Continental Finance MasterCard®
Continental Finance Gold MasterCard®
Rewards 660 Visa® Card

to directly answer your question, different credit card offers have a criteria for credit (good/poor).. well if you pass that criteria then you’ll have a better chance of getting approved, the easier it is for you. you’ll get better deals (lower rates and fees etc.), when you have good credit compared to having poor credit. but you can still find decent deals, just try to check out various credit cards where you qualify.
If you want to apply for a credit card. I would recommend you apply for cards with low interest rate and no annual fees. If you have a good credit, you can apply for any credit card of your choice. There are so many cards such as Capital One, American Express, Chase, Discover, Bank of America.http://bestcreditcardratings.com/good-cr…http://bestcreditcardratings.com/

http://credcards.noneto.com – try this one. I personally use this card. As I know it accepts everyone, even if a person has bad credit.
